Voice Activated training system-vats

The Voice Activated Training System (V.A.T.S) is a voice controlled multi functional safety system that minimizes the risks to users from serious injuries and even fatal accidents while performing free-weight
lifting exercises. The V.A.T.S exercise programs (EPs) allow the user to reach his/her weightlifting goals by acting as a spotter ready to provide gradual assistance and/or by lifting the whole weight if the
command, "HELP" is given. This automated response prevents or minimizes injury to the user.

With some additional modules, the V.A.T.S can be set up to be a voice controlled muscle and joint rehabilitation system for the user who requires range of motion (ROM) exercises. For this latter use, the V.A.T.S empowers the user to "independently" control with his/her own voice each ROM movement. This feeling of "independence" and positive mood will enhance treatment success.
